We believe that our mission is best achieved by the active participation of the community. Our volunteers are our most valuable resource and they play an important role within our agency. Our volunteers come from all walks of life, some volunteer for one time special event, others make an ongoing commitment.

To help build the organization (Fundrasing, Operations, Finance, Governance)
Special Events Support:
Help out at our special events, (Golf, Bingo, Dinner Dance, Trivia Night etc)
Assist in the administrative tasks of the agency
Provide guidance and support to a pregnant woman during and after delivery
Drive clients to appointments and workshops. Volunteers are reimbursed for mileage
Guide clients in a search for adequate and reasonable accommodations
Giving presentations in the community (schools, service groups, functions and promotional campaigns)
Skills and Educational Consultant:
Present a skill or activity to our youth parents. Share your expertise with clients or staff members.
Child Minding Support:
Assist with child care at our life skills workshops for youth parents.

Committee volunteers from diverse backgrounds to participate and share their knowledge and experience from any of the following areas: Marketing, Communication and Fundraising.
Time Commitment 4 to 8 hrs per month; generally meetings are in the evening.
