Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of members of Vita Centre, to be held at St. John of the Cross Church, 6890 Glen Erin Drive, Mississauga, L5N 2E1, the 18th day of October, 2010, at the hour of 7:30pm in the evening for the following purpose: a) to receive and approve the Financial Statements of the year ended June 30, 2010 together with the auditor's report thereon: b) to appoint auditors c) to elect directors d) to consider and, if approved, ratify, sanction and confirm all by-laws, resolutions, contracts, acts and proceedings of the Board of Directors set forth or referred to in the minutes of the Board of Directors or in the financial statements to be presented at the meeting, and e) to transact such further and other business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournement thereof
